Renowned Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor has introduced his new range of "authentic" Indian food products, named Arth, in 440 Coles stores across Australia. The launch event at Coles Tarneit Central in Melbourne attracted large crowds eager to meet the chef, known for hosting Asia’s longest-running cooking show 'Khana Khazana' and authoring over 200 cookbooks. The Arth range includes 15 easy-to-use items like curry pastes, marinades, pickles, and sauces, aimed at simplifying the preparation of authentic Indian dishes at home. This initiative aligns with the rising demand for global cuisine in Australia, particularly among the growing Indian-Australian community, now the second-largest overseas-born population in the country.
